Cancellation and no-show policy
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a 50% fee and no-shows may incur a 100% fee.
As a private appointment studio, these policies protect reserved treatment time and help keep appointments fair for all clients.
Prepaid online bookings
Deposits or prepaid bookings are non-refundable but may be transferable when enough notice is given.
Late arrivals
Late arrivals may shorten the appointment or may need to be rescheduled and will incur a 50% fee.
